Angel Alert - 24 hour monitored care

The Angel Alert system is a device that connects into your regular phone lines and allows for instant contact with our mediacally staffed monitoring service through a large, red emergency button on the device.

Angel Alert is monitored 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by a dedicated staff. In its basic configuration, it will alert our monitoring staff to the fact that your loved one is in need of attention. It can, however, be configured to alert our staff to non-normal activity and/or possible dangerous circumstances within the home, e.g.

• Missing a medication
• Not using the bathroom
• Not eating (not opening the fridge door over a set amount of time) 

or  

• Detection of carbon monoxide (car left running in the garage)
• Detection of smoke or fire
